* WHEN…From 4 PM this afternoon to midnight EST tonight.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…A mix of rain and snow will develop this morning before changing to all rain with little accumulation expected before the change occurs. Rain will change back to snow from northwest to southeast late this afternoon into early this evening. The snow will continue for several hours before ending by midnight. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will likely impact the evening commute.
