Wissahickon High School ranks among top three high schools in Montgomery County according to US News & World Report

US News & World Report recently published its rankings of high school schools across the country and Wissahickon High School ranks 16th for Pennsylvania and 687 nationwide. The rankings involve public high schools. Pennsylvania had 740 public high schools as of the 2022-23 academic year. You can view all the rankings here.

In Montgomery County, Wissahickon is one of the top three high school. Only the two high schools in the Lower Merion School District (which serves communities in Montgomery and Delaware counties) ranked higher.

Wissahickon received a score of 96.11 based on results from six categories involving AP exams, proficiency in core subjects, and the graduation rate. Wissahickon’s scores are as follows:
