Upper Dublin Parks and Recreation is offering Yoga on Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning February 7th and February 2nd respectively. Both classes are from 7 pm to 8 pm and are for ages 15 and up.
This program is designed for those who want to further their knowledge of yoga. We will focus on the basics of breath work and alignment to reach your potential in poses. For the beginner, this course will open the doors to yoga and give a firm foundation to grow your practice. For the intermediate to advanced student, you will find a deepening of your practice through the principals of alignment and focused breathing. We will work up your strength and tone your body all while relieving stress. Some classes will be held outdoors. Bring a mat.
