The Upper Dublin School District announced that 22 students from Upper Dublin High School have been recognized by the National Merit Scholarship Program, including seven who earned the title of National Merit Semifinalist and 15 who received National Merit Commendations.
The students were recognized during the Board of School Directors meeting on October 27.
Of the 1.3 million students who took the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT) last year, only 16,000 earned the title of National Merit Semifinalist, officials said.
