NBC10 has reported that two women, ages 82 and 79, were killed after being struck by a vehicle crossing Butler Pike near the intersection with Skippack Pike in Blue Bell (Whitpain Township). A third woman, age 80, was injured. The crash happened just before 6:30 p.m. on New Year’s Eve.

The two victims were from Horsham Township and Southhampton (Bucks County). The third woman is from Warrington (Bucks County).

According to the report, the driver stayed on the scene.

This area of Butler Pike had three pedestrian deaths in 2024.
