Ambler Awaits Opening of New Restaurant, La Provence

It’s safe to say that Cindy Jimenez, owner of Vida and Comida and now the newest restaurant to come onto the Ambler restaurant scene, La Provence, has been pretty busy lately. While already running a successful restaurant in Ambler, she has taken over the old Trax Cafe property and is doing a full renovation with a very personal touch down the the very fine china, to bring you a very special, La Provence. Jimenez told us that people ” will be so surprised at all of the changes!”

La Provence promises to sweep you off your feet from the minute you set foot into the new, modern, light and open space which will seat 35. In the near future, part of the porch will be enclosed, and an additional patio will be added. Their menu is French ( not a specific region) and will boast delicious, high quality food.

There are so many items on the menu to look forward to, here are just a few sneak peeks…
