The Ambler Borough Police Department announced the arrest of Kevin Lucas, 42, for possession of a firearm without a license, receiving stolen property, driving without a license, and driving an unregistered vehicle.

According to police, officers located a firearm inside Lucas’ vehicle during a vehicle stop at N. Ridge Avenue at Race Street.

He was taken into custody and went before a District Magistrate who set bail at $25,000 unsecured, police said.

His charges are below:

• (1 COUNT) FIREARMS CARRIED WITHOUT A LICENSE &
• (1 COUNT) PERSON NOT TO POSSESS FIREARMS
