On Saturday, the Upper Moreland Police Department began investigating multiple reports of letters with “racist content” left at residences overnight.
6ABC reported that the anti-Semitic letters were left at homes along Inman Terrace and Frazier Avenue in Upper Moreland Township, and that similar letters have been found in Abington and Upper Dublin township over the past two weeks.
“There was really no targeting of Jewish families, but it was more of a mass papering in hopes that they would harass or intimidate Jewish families that would find this paraphernalia,” said Lieutenant James Kelly of the Upper Moreland Police Department.
