Kwabena Buatchi, chef and owner of Buutchiis Grille, is busy working at 35 East Butler Avenue to turn the former Candida’s Pizza into a cozy African/Caribbean restaurant.  Buatchi already operates a food truck and catering business under the same name, and will now carry his successes into this next endevour.

Much like his food truck, Buutchiis Grille will feature authentic dishes from Ghana and the Caribbean, and will offer some seating for eat-in or take-out.  Buutchiis Grille is expected to open at the end of March, or early April.
