Storm drain repair work began on Dundee Drive on Tuesday, September 8. Work is being done between Burn Brae Drive and Woodland Road in Upper Dublin. This section of Dundee Drive will be closed from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekdays until work is finished.
The repairs are expected to take between seven to 10 days, according to Upper Dublin Township. Detour signs are posted to help drivers navigate around construction. Upper Dublin’s Public Works Department recommended that commuters account for possible delays and increased traffic in the area.
To keep both workers and drivers safe, township officials advised that drivers avoid the area when possible and reduce speed near construction areas. For more information about the project, contact the Upper Dublin Public Works Department at 215-643-1600 or email rbarrett@upperdublin.net.
