As reported by Philly.com, a 70-year-old man from Ambler, Solomon Wynder, was found dead in his one-room apartment on Christmas day.  Police were called by a neighbor to check on him. His apartment was at a reported 41 degrees.

Wynder’s death was ruled a result of heart disease, but the cold temperature of his apartment was a contributing factor, according to Alexander Balacki, Montgomery County’s First Deputy Coroner.
