Frozen pizza, co-founded by Ambler chef, is the top frozen pizza at Weavers Way

Pizza Freak Co. has announced that it is the number-one selling frozen pizza at Weavers Way Co-op in both unit and volume sales. Pizza Freak was co-founded by Chef Brad Daniels, who owns Tresini Bar & Cucina in Ambler, and noted Miami chef, Chef Brad Kilgore. Weavers Way has four locations in Philadelphia and one in Ambler.

In a quote to PMQ Pizza, a website dedicated to news in the pizza industry, Daniels shared, “We are proud and humbled by the response from Weavers Way Co-op members and shoppers. This achievement validates our mission to bring restaurant-quality pizza to home kitchens, using the best ingredients and techniques honed in professional kitchens.”

The duo developed the pizza for two years before it was offered publicly. Their research led to their trademarking the Freak Frame, the tray the pizza is baked in at home.
