The developers responsible for creating the now-vibrant Ambler Yards office campus just outside the Borough of Ambler are now undertaking a major renovation of a three-story office building in the borough at 124 South Maple Street.

According to the website, the planned improvements are:

• Newly renovated office building
• Beautiful new two-story lobby with a new elevator
• Efficient open floor plates with the option to have exposed ductwork, lights & ceilings.
• An abundance of property parking with additional unmetered street parking.
• All new energy efficient Rooftop HVAC Units • Back up generator.

The building is 29,000 square feet and available spaces range from 2,500 to 10,000 square feet. The renovations are scheduled to be completed in the fall of 2020.
