Daniel Joseph Selby, 33, of Fountainville (Bucks County) has pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of drugs after causing a multi-vehicle crash on Route 309 in Lower Gwynedd Township that killed a male driver, Brailyn German Reinoso, on February 10, 2023, Mainline Media News reported.

Prosecutors alleged that Selby had fentanyl and traces of cocaine in his system at the time of the crash. It was his second DUI offense, coupled with previous convictions for driving under suspension, according to court papers.

He will be sentenced in October and faces a possible maximum sentence of 7 to 14 years in prison, Mainline Media News said.
