Edward Cieri Jr., a Philadelphia man arrested in October 2024 for threatening a staffer at the Montgomery County Republican Committee and its office, waived his preliminary hearing, Mainline Media News reported.
Cieri, who remains free on $35,000 unsecured bail, now faces a March 19 formal arraignment hearing.
His charges include terroristic threats, bomb threats and harassment regarding the alleged incident at the GOP headquarters in the 800 block of Penllyn Blue Bell Pike on October 26.
