The much anticipated Grand Opening of Melody’s Viet-Thai Grillhouse is happening today…now, actually! Owners, Thanh (chef) and Chris(General Manager) Nguyen have finished the final details of their space located in the former Ambler Cabaret Building at 51 East Butler Avenue (next door to Sushi Hatsu), and are opening their doors as we speak, for lunch and dinner starting today.

Melody’s lunch hours are daily from 11am-3pm, and dinner is served daily from 5-9pm. Take a look at the menus below and make a reservation to welcome the newest restaurant to Ambler!
