Boca Del Mar, a Mexican seafood restaurant, is expected to take over the former Outback Steakhouse location at 411 Doylestown Road in Montgomeryville.

According to North Penn Now, the timeline for the opening has yet to be confirmed by the township. The restaurant filed as a business on August 25, 2022.

The site has been vacant since August 2021 after the former Outback Steakhouse moved to the Montgomery Mall location.
