Montgomery County Studio Tours will be holding a free two-day event inviting the community to meet a variety of Montgomery County artists, see their work and tour the local studios which house their current exhibits. As their website states:
“This unique and intimate opportunity creates a free, unlimited access to the artists, and a clearer understanding of our story and creative process… Montgomery County Studio Tour’s mission is to…promote regional artists and contribute to the economic and cultural vitality of the area by presenting original artwork. “
This unique Meet the Artist Event will take place on Saturday, June10th from 10am-6pm, and Sunday, June 11th from 11am-5pm.
There are three Ambler studios scheduled as numbers 6,7 and 8 on the tour:
- KAREN KIESER STUDIO | Studio #6 | 59 Belmont Avenue. Ambler
Featuring artists, Karen Kieser and Lynnette Shelley
- BETZ GREEN STUDIO | Studio 7 | Art Center at Ambler, 45 Forest Avenue. Ambler
Featuring artists, Betz Green, Hermine Gittleman, Jim Green, Jill Tarabar, Karen Liebman
- CARL CELLINI STUDIO | Studio #8 | 113 Poplar Street, Second Floor. Ambler
Featuring three painters, Pia De Girolamo, Lynne Horoschak and Carl Cellini
