New owner for Centre Square Commons

Medipower, a full-service commercial real estate company, specializing in retail real estate across the North East and Canada’s major markets, announced today that it has acquired the 88,598 square foot Centre Square Commons in Blue Bell.

The shopping center is anchored by a 22,450 square foot Aldi. In addition to Aldi being the anchor, the property is occupied by Pennsylvania Fine Wine & Spirits, Starbucks, Zoe’s, and Anthony’s Coal Fire Pizza.

Ron Stern, CEO: “We are excited to add another trophy asset to our portfolio. Center Square Commons fits perfectly within Medipower’s strategy of owning best-in-class grocery-anchored shopping centers in dominant trade areas with an excellent credit profile, strong demographics and barriers to entry.”

The center was developed in 2017 by Kinsley Properties.
