Nucleus RadioPharma, a Minnesota radiopharmaceutical contract development and manufacturing organization, is planning to construct a new 48,000 sf plant at the Spring House Innovation Park at 727 Norristown Road in Lower Gwynedd, the Philadelphia Business Journal reported.

The facility will house research, development and commercial production and is expected to create 50 new local jobs.

The Park, previously home to Rohm & Haas, has been transformed and is being managed by Beacon Capital Partners.

Nulceus RadioPharma will occupy building 14B. The building is being completely redone.
