The Pet of the Week is a terrier mix named Becca, or as her owners call her, “Becca the Schnauzador”.  Becca’s owner, Clarissa writes:

She is almost 7 years old and still plays like she’s a puppy. Becca is a Pet Therapy Dog with Nor’Wester Readers since last Spring.  We go to schools and libraries where the kids read to the dog. Becca is also a 5th grade classroom dog, the kids to do their work in small groups with Becca.  Becca loves to sleep on pillows, loves to leap over things, and to chase the squirrels wherever she finds them. She loves all food and her toys.
