President Joe Biden is planning to deliver a speech at Montgomery County Community College in Blue Bell on Friday, January 5.

The president had been originally scheduled to deliver remarks on Saturday—the third anniversary of the riot at the United States Capitol—but they were moved a day earlier due to “impending inclement weather,” according to the Biden campaign.

According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, Biden paid Philly a visit nine times in 2023 and 16 times since he took office in 2021. His most recent visit was on Monday, December 11. His eighth visit was in October to promote “Bidenomics”.
