The building at 924 North Bethlehem Pike in Spring House (Lower Gwynedd) that was home to Rich’s Other Place now has a sign that it is for sale or lease. The breakfast and lunch restaurant is closed. The building and business are owned by Richard Rosenau.

Rosenau also owns Rich’s Deli, which is open at 430 South Bethlehem Pike in Fort Washington. The deli has been open since 1979 and Rich’s Other Place opened in 1994.
