The building at 15 Cavalier Drive in Ambler that was a dance studio in recent years, is currently undergoing renovations. A sign on the door shares that the building will be the future of home of three businesses, including Mahoney Event Center, Bodies by Yah, and an unnamed hair studio.

The Lowe Investment Group, LP, bought the building in March of 2020 and will operate the event center.
