Upper Dublin Township demoed its township building at 801 Loch Alsh Avenue in Fort Washington early last week. On September 1, 2021, a tornado passed through the township and among the damage was the township building and complex, which housed administrative offices, the police department, and public works.

The demolition of the township building is the second phase of the rebuilding effort. The public works garage and offices were completed earlier this year.
