2016 Upper Dublin graduate Michael Sowers recently competed in the 2023 Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) All-Star Weekend as a member of the Rising Stars All-Star Team.

The event was held in Louisville, Kentucky on Saturday, July 22 and included an All-Star Skills Competition and an All-Star Game on ESPN and ESPN+.
