Vehicle stolen from Upper Gwynedd goes wrong way on I-95 during pursuit, 2 state police vehicles damaged, 4 people in custody

A stolen Honda CR-V out of Upper Gwynedd Township was spotted by police on I-95 southbound in Bensalem (Bucks County) on Wednesday, 6ABC reported.

State troopers from the Trevose station tried to stop the vehicle near Mile Marker 26. The suspects took off, at one point driving the wrong way on I-95 southbound. Two state police vehicles were struck during the pursuit before the vehicle was finally stopped near Aramingo Avenue in Philadelphia.

The suspects tried to flee on foot but were eventually caught. Four people from Philadelphia, including one juvenile, are in custody.
