The PECO Outage Map shows two power outages in downtown Ambler impacting a total of 508 accounts. PECO reports that a crew has been dispatched, but that the cause has not yet been identified. The Montgomery County Active Incidents website does not show any fire activity or traffic accidents that could have caused the outages.

PECO expects that power will be restored by 7:30 p.m.

At 5:40 p.m., we received a report that power was restored (for at least one of the outages).

However, at 5:48 p.m. the outage map still shows two active outages.
