Developer seeking to demolish the vacant CVS property in Hatboro

24-28 South York Road Associates, LP is seeking to build retail and apartments in the long-dormant CVS at 24 S. York Road in Hatboro.

The developer appeared before the planning commission for a review of a conditional use application and preliminary and final land development approval.

Borough officials have received an application to demolish the building, though the borough’s new Town Center Ordinance prohibits buildings taller than 35 feet. The developer will likely return to the borough for further discussion.
