The property at West 90 Butler Avenue in Ambler that has been home to a gas station and garage for several decades has a new owner, AMBGOOD LLC (Goodman Properties), who plans to redevelop the property with a bank.
The proposed redevelopment is on the agenda for the January 19th meeting of Ambler’s Borough Council. From the agenda:
Review the Preliminary / Final Land Development Plan to redevelop the existing gas station with a bank at 90 W. Butler Avenue – AMBGOOD, LLC (revised plans will be submitted by the applicant to reflect Borough Planning Commission recommendations, Borough Engineer, and Montgomery County Planning Commission comments) Reviews to be forwarded upon receipt
