The Mattie N. Dixon Community Cupboard in Ambler will celebrate its 50th anniversary on Saturday, May 6 at the Cedarbrook Country Club.

The celebration will begin with an open bar and hors d’oeuvres at 6:00pm, followed by a sit-down dinner with another hour of open bar. Music and entertainment courtesy of a professional DJ, two guest speakers, raffle baskets and a silent auction will also be included.

All proceeds raised will be used to help expand Mattie’s capacity to assist local families with food, clothing and other programs. Mattie’s distributed food to nearly 15,000 individuals in 2022 and anticipates that number to increase in 2023.
