Melissa Cerrato was sworn in Tuesday as state representative of the 151st Legislative District, which includes 63,765 constituents in Ambler borough, Horsham Township, as well as parts of Montgomery and Upper Dublin townships, according to the Pennsylvania Department of State Voting and Election Information website.
