New Mixed Use Development Community in Lower Gwynedd Almost Completed

The Village at Fairlands is the new, unique, mixed use development property located in Lower Gwynedd on Bethlehem Pike.  There are 23 town home building lots which WB Homes are building and a commercial space of 15,000 square feet mixed use building with second floor offices and first floor retail shops that is being developed by PFP Properties.

WB Homes shared with us:

The response to this village setting lifestyle has been extremely well received and has attracted many locals who are looking to downsize but don’t want to sacrifice the customized level of luxury found in their existing home. These new construction carriage homes at Fairland are built by W.B. Homes and include several luxury level features. 9’ ceilings throughout all living levels, custom gourmet style kitchens, available elevators and outdoor screened in rear porches are just a few of the highlights.

The commercial building construction is being finished as we speak. The building is Called Fairland Village.  The vision of this development was to allow residents to live and shop in a small walkable community that would also continue the walkability of Spring House and spur more business interest and redevelopment in the town.

PFP Properties plans on slowly opening the building later this month.  PFP Properties will have an office in the building and will be in there later this month.  Catanzaro Insurance and Wealth Management will also be moving in to an upstairs office later this month.  There will be a dentist office and acupuncture clinic coming into the space, as well as a hair salon, small barber shop, and a restaurant/deli concept.   These businesses will be staggering their openings in the first and second quarter of 2020.
