The Pennsylvania Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan Survey

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is developing a Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan which will improve conditions for walking and bicycling across Pennsylvania, focusing on all Pennsylvanians who walk and bicycle by necessity.  The Pennsylvania Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan will be developed during 2018 and completed by spring 2019. The public will be continuously engaged during the PennDOT Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan project through an online project survey and interactive webinars.

The Master Plan will also identify and help prioritize strategies that increase the number of people walking and bicycling, while supporting safety and multimodal connectivity throughout the state, and PennDOT is looking for your input so it can provide relevant recommendations to improve things like: connectivity, safety, convenience and use of the state’s bicycle and pedestrian networks.

The survey below should take no more than 10 minutes to complete and will be available online until further notice. All of the information collected from this survey will be confidential and used solely for developing the Pennsylvania Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan.
