Upper Dublin grad Monica Malatesta swears in to Deputy role with MontCo Sheriff’s Office

Upper Dublin High School graduate Deputy Monica Malatesta recently took the oath of office at a swearing in ceremony at the Montgomery County Courthouse.

Deputy Malatesta earned law-enforcement certifications from the Temple University Police Academy and the Penn State Sheriff’s Academy. She comes to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office with over 15 years of law enforcement experience, having worked as a Bucks County deputy sheriff, and for the Doylestown and Rockledge police departments.

Deputy Malatesta also has a CDL license and is a special-needs bus driver for the Central Bucks County School District.
