Upper Dublin School District appoints new Director of Student Services

Dr. Tracey Lank has been appointed Upper Dublin School District’s next Director of Student Services.

Dr. Lank comes to Upper Dublin from Chester Upland School District, where she served as Director of Special Education, bringing nearly twenty years of experience across multiple school systems.

“I’m excited to join the Upper Dublin School District and support their ongoing work to ensure that every student has what they need to access, participate, and thrive,” said Dr. Lank. “I look forward to partnering with staff and families to foster inclusive, responsive practices that truly meet students where they are.”

An adjunct faculty member at Lehigh Carbon Community College, Dr. Lank holds an Elementary Education degree in Special Education from Delaware State University, a Master’s in Education in School Leadership from Wilmington University, and a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership and Innovation from Wilmington University.

“Our selection committee valued Dr. Lank’s collaborative spirit, hands-on approach, and commitment to working closely with Upper Dublin staff and families to support students and strengthen special education and student services programs,” said Superintendent Dr. Laurie Smith. “We are thrilled to welcome her to our Cardinal community.”

Dr. Lank joined Upper Dublin on February 17 following a transition period during which the Upper Dublin School District’s Student Services Department was led by Interim Director Dr. Marykay Feeley.
