Whitpain Township’s Department of Parks and Recreation postponed their annual End of Summer Bash, originally scheduled for August 20, due to severe thunderstorms. The event would have featured a performance from Erich Callawa and the Uptown Band, which has also been rescheduled. A new date has been set for Thursday, September 10 at Wentz Run Park in Blue Bell.

The new event will feature a “Jam into Fall” celebration at 5 p.m. before the concert. There will be vendors, a beer garden, food trucks, moon bounce and games. From 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., Erich Callawa and the Uptown Band will perform to close out the township’s Summer Concert Series. Attendance is free and open to the public.
