The Whitpain Township Police Department released a video today of two people who were in the area where an act of vandalism was committed on Saturday, January 18th at approximately 3:00 a.m. The vandalism involved spray painting of a home and vehicle and occurred in The Ridings of Whitpain development (off Butler Pike between Skippack Pike and Morris Road).
