Kevin Lobo, a student at Wissahickon High School (third from left above), has been named a National Merit Scholarship winner in the 2024 National Merit Scholarship Program.

The Blue Bell resident was awarded a $2,500 scholarship and plans to study computer science.

Wissahickon students Nathan Antonio, Ava Luu, Olivia Seo, Tiffany Liu, Anoosha Shukla, and Ashley Park were each named finalists.

They were chosen from a pool of 1.5 million eligible students.
