On Tuesday, December 1st, Penn State Master Gardener Stephanie Bennett will be conducting a Wreath Making demonstration class at the Upper Dublin Township Building. Sponsored by Upper Dublin Parks & Rec, participation in the demonstration is open to all with a discounted fee for residents. All who attend will leave with their own completed wreath.
