The Ambler Borough Police Department has received a shipment of steering wheel locks for Hyundai and Kia vehicles.

The offering of free locks, which have been offered by numerous municipalities in the region, are due to the increase in vehicle thefts. 

Borough residents who own a Hyundai or Kia can come to the police station at 131 Rosemary Avenue in Ambler to receive a lock.
