This week’s special at Banh Street is Gochujang ribs. The ribs are smoked Hatfield Pork – St. Louis ribs which are marinated in ginger, lemongrass, Thai basil and chili paste. The ribs are double stacked and stuffed mango jelly before hitting the smoker. Chef Kenny from Banh Street suggests ordering “Da Slaw” with these ribs.
