Blue Bell’s Friends Services Alliance CEO to be inducted into National Hall of Honor

Jane Mack, CEO of Friends Services Alliance (FSA) of Blue Bell, will be inducted into the 2024 McKnight’s Hall of Honor on May 14 in a ceremony in Chicago, Illinois. This distinction is awarded to individuals who have made lasting impacts on the aging services field.

Jane has held the role of CEO of FSA since 2008, leading a period of remarkable growth. She will be retiring at the end of 2024.

A resident of Centre Hall, Pennsylvania, Jane has helped FSA, a national association of mission-driven aging services providers, grow to its highest level. Today, FSA provides services to over 100 nonprofits annually in board and organizational development, compliance services, and education in areas such as diversity and inclusion.

In Jane’s 14 years as CEO, FSA has nearly doubled its operating revenue and more than doubled the number of organizations served in compliance and ethics services.

In her tenure, Jane has also influenced young professionals in senior living in Pennsylvania and beyond. In 2011, Jane and her team started the FSA internship program, which is designed for students who wish to learn about working in the field of aging services. Since its inception, FSA’s internship program has placed more than 50 interns in FSA member locations nationwide.

Jane is a highly regarded industry expert and a sought-after speaker at national conferences. Her specialty is advising boards and executive teams on nonprofit governance, board and organizational development, conflicts of interest, and role clarity. She teaches in various leadership programs and is a governance consultant for LeadingAge, a national association of aging services providers.

Jane’s induction into the Hall of Fame puts her in a distinct class alongside CEOs and other executive leaders in senior living from across the nation. Learn more about the special celebration at https://www.mcknightswomenofdistinction.com/.
