Gypsy Blu, which was opened in 2015 by the Conshy Girls Restaurant Group, was sold to the Ross Restaurant Group in mid-June. On Thursday, July 24th, the new owners held a ribbon-cutting and reopened the restaurant with a new menu and some interior changes.
