Kinetic Ceramics relocating from Navy Yard to Spring House Innovation Park in Lower Gwynedd

Kinetic Ceramics has announced that is 2021 it will be moving its headquarters from the Navy Yard in Philadelphia to the Spring House Innovation Park in Lower Gwynedd. On its website, Kinetic Ceremaics states its mission is to “design, develop, and manufacture the most advanced piezoelectric products in the world.” The lease at Sring House Innovation Park is for 10-years.

“We found the accessibility of our new location and amenities at SHIP very appealing,” Robert A. Frantz III, CEO of Kinetic Ceramics, explained, “but we placed tremendous value on the opportunity to grow in a state-of-the-art space customized to meet our unique needs while being positioned on a thriving campus with innovative neighbors.”  

Spring House Innovation Park is a designated BioLaunch611+Keystone Innovation Zone, a statewide initiative to foster life sciences and technology innovation and entrepreneurship. The 133-acre campus has 11 buildings totaling 600,000 square feet for office, lab, research & development, and co-working. Current tenants represent almost two dozen companies representing various industries, including life sciences, business, technology, and manufacturing.
