Chef/owner Thanh Nguyen of Melody’s Grillhouse in Ambler announced in late March that the restaurant will reopen as Melody’s Vietnam. The change will include a new menu similar to Gabriella’s Vietnam, Nguyen’s other restaurant in Philadelphia.

The new menu will feature authentic Vietnamese dishes using traditional techniques. In the announcement, Nguyen states, “We take pride in keeping the authenticity of each dish while showcasing the true flavors of Vietnam in a modern setting.”

The restaurant plans to reopen on April 29th.
