The Ambler Police Departent has issued a notice that provides details on its investigation into a suspicious person at Knight Park. According to the notice the investigation began on April 4th at 4:25 p.m. when officers responded to a call regarding a man who had made comments to a 12-year-old. It was unclear what the man’s intentions were when speaking to the child.

The man was described as being between the ages of 65 to 70 years old, approximately 6 feet tall, medium build, white hair with receding hairline, and some facial hair.

The department is asking residents in the area with surviellence cameras to review their video to see if they may have captured the alleged incident.
