On Wednesday, July 27th, Mary Cullom and Chef Hamdy Khalil of Arpeggio in Spring House are celebrating their 21st birthday and restaurant guests will have a chance to win their meal playing blackjack!

Here’s how it works: Before the final check is presented, Cullom and her servers will deal tables a blackjack hand. If a table hits 21, then the table will have their entire bill comped and they will be responsible solely for gratuity. Tables that “bust” will receive 21% off their total bill, the release states.
