The Philadelphia Business Journal recently published an interview with Marty Grimes, who owns Fearless Restaurants. The restaurant group owns White Dog Cafe, which has five locations in the region, and other notable restaurants such as Moshulu, Daddy O, Tuckers Tavern, Autograph Brasserie, Louie Louie, Rosalie, and Testa Rossa. It was also recently announced that it is now managing the events and restaurant inside the Radnor Hotel under the brand Triple Crown.
One of the questions was about where Fearless Restaurant is looking to expand. Grimes answered that he likes the Blue Bell and Ambler area. However, he stressed that they have a few projects already underway and another round of expansion is not in the immediate future.
